Recharge in a serene setting with yoga, guided hikes, nourishing meals, and self-care activities. Small-group retreats offer a mix of movement, relaxation, art and creative activities, and seasonal outdoor experiences like paddleboarding, kayaking, biking, or snowshoeing.
Explore fitness, nutrition, self-care, and community in interactive workshops. Topics vary by season and include stress relief, mindful movement, and seasonal self-care, with hands-on activities like meditation, breathwork, and DIY wellness activities and/or crafts.
Gain confidence outdoors with guided hikes and wilderness skills training. Learn basic navigation, survival basics, plant identification, and more. Seasonal offerings include hikes, fire-making and shelter building workshops.

Join in for a peaceful Yoga Nature Walk designed to help you unwind and reconnect with nature and community with conversation.
We'll begin with a serene walk through the beautiful autumn scenery, pausing to admire the vibrant fall colors and taking moments to ground ourselves in the natural environment. After a short break, we’ll move into a session of gentle yoga, surrounded by the tranquil outdoors.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, offering a rejuvenating blend of mindful movement and deep relaxation.
What to Bring:
Note: The yoga portion will take place outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather. In the event of inclement weather, the yoga class will be held via Zoom.
