Wilderness Wellness Retreats

Recharge in a serene setting with yoga, guided hikes, nourishing meals, and self-care activities. Small-group retreats offer a mix of movement, relaxation, art and creative activities, and seasonal outdoor experiences  like paddleboarding, kayaking, biking, or snowshoeing. 

Wellness Workshops

Explore fitness, nutrition, self-care, and community in interactive workshops. Topics vary by season and include stress relief, mindful movement, and seasonal self-care, with hands-on activities like meditation, breathwork, and DIY wellness  activities and/or crafts.

Wilderness Skills & Guided Hikes

Gain confidence outdoors with guided hikes and wilderness skills training. Learn basic navigation, survival basics, plant identification, and more. Seasonal offerings include hikes, fire-making and shelter building workshops.

Treat yourself to an evening or afternoon of calm, creativity, and connection in this cozy, candle-lit yoga spa retreat designed to soothe the body and warm the heart.


🧴 Begin with a do-it-yourself hand scrub-making experience. Choose from seasonal scents and natural textures to blend your own personalized scrub, then fill a beautiful take-home jar — enough for up to five rejuvenating uses throughout the season.


🕯️ Immerse yourself in a hand soak meditation using your newly created blend — a gentle, grounding ritual to care for hands and nails, relax the senses, and release stress. Afterward, enjoy light refreshments and heartfelt conversation as we prepare for yoga.


🧘‍♀️ Flow through a series of gentle yoga poses that open the hands, arms, and heart, easing tension and inviting in softness, gratitude, and calm.

4 Hikes and Workshops for being Trail ready and exploring prepared this Spring and Summer.  Step into adventure with this 4-week Wilderness Hike & Skills Program!

Each session combines a guided hike with hands-on survival skills—perfect for beginners and those wanting  to feel more confident and know what to do when in emergency situations when out in the woods. 


What You'll Learn:

✅ Survival Basics – Fire-starting, shelter, water management, and signaling for help
✅ Gear & Safety – Build your own hiking toolkit and understand essential items
✅ Trail Navigation – Learn practical skills while enjoying a scenic 3km hike.


No need to have your own equipment to participate. Candace will supply materials used for practical portion of skills lessons.

THESE WILL RESUME IN THE SPRING OF 2025


Join in for a peaceful Yoga Nature Walk designed to help you unwind and reconnect with nature and community with conversation. 


We'll begin with a serene walk through the beautiful autumn scenery, pausing to admire the vibrant fall colors and taking moments to ground ourselves in the natural environment. After a short break, we’ll move into a session of gentle yoga, surrounded by the tranquil outdoors. 


This workshop is suitable for all levels, offering a rejuvenating blend of mindful movement and deep relaxation.


What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat or towel
  • Two yoga blocks (if you have them)
  • Water Bottle

Note: The yoga portion will take place outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather. In the event of inclement weather, the yoga class will be held via Zoom.


Pre-registration is required. Open to women, men, and gender-diverse participants.
