Purchase 5, 10 or 20 session packages to use once, twice or three times a week for in person or virtual Personal Fitness Training sessions.
Here's how the program works - You will be sent a Personal Training Intake package to your email to complete forms.
At our first session, we will review your answers and conduct fitness testing with exercises that are relevant to your goals and for your physical health and safety from disclosed information on your health questionnaire.
From there, your initial exercise program will be created. You will have a mix of aerobic activity, strength workouts, and flexibility exercises in your personal exercise program. Already doing activities and looking to train a specific area? Fantastic! I've got you covered. Your personal exercise program can be a specific function such as strength training, cardio, stretch and mediation, or preparing for seasonal sports.
You will have exercises in workouts in our private sessions along with additional exercises on my personal fitness app to complete on your own. The app also syncs with apple health, fitbit and garmin to provide you with a living roadmap to your fitness, health, and goals; along with videos and explanations of the workouts. There is direct chat with me, habit tracking, and nutrition resources in addition to tracking your activities, workouts, steps and vitals.
Travelling or have multiple commitments? This where having the app with your exercises really supporting you. But not only that, with a busy lifestyle or travel, sessions can get missed. No need to worry about losing out on your session though. When purchasing a 10 or 20 session package you, you have six months to use the one on one sessions before they expire. The five session package has a four month expiry date.

Then this Kickstarter On Your Own program can help you get to your fitness and health goals!
The eight week Kickstarter personal training program is app based along with with 3 live sessions (in person and/or virtual). In these live sessions, we will cover you own unique fitness priorities, needs, concerns and goals; complete fitness testing; and demonstrations of exercises for proper body movement mechanics to ensure safety.
Based on your goals, needs, concerns and fitness assessment, an eight week exercise program will be created just for you. The program will be on my exclusive Trainerize Fitness App to complete on your own. The eight week program will be progressive based on what your are able to do at each two week phase of the program. Weekly exercises included will be strength training workouts, aerobic fitness training and flexibility/mobility training in your exercise program prescription.
The fitness app comes with videos and explanations of the workouts and exercises, plus direct chat with me through the app at any time - be it text or video. The app also syncs with apple health, fitbit and Garmin to seamlessly track milestones of your progress in all areas of your health, not just your goals. You can even track or set nutrition goals as well as lifestyle habits including sleep, personal care and more.

Your third live session we be demonstrating the exercises in your exercise program to ensure good technique, alignment and movement mechanics.
I will communicate with you weekly through the app to make sure you are confident with exercises, need any support or modifications, and helping you to stay committed, motivated and on track with your program. When your program is adapted or progressed, based on what is showing on the app for your adherence and intensity of exercise program, I will reach out and offer a video call.
