My personalized training program caters specifically to the needs of retirees and professionals, drawing from over 20 years of diverse experience in the fitness industry. From marathon runners to stroke recovery patients, I've developed a keen understanding of movement mechanics and injury prevention and a path to great overall health and well-being.
For busy individuals and frequent travelers, my program is a dream as not only do you get live sessions with me weekly, but also my fitness app based workouts to do on the days we are not training together. You'll have 24/7 workouts, chat and more on the app to maintain your fitness no matter where you are or what your schedule is like. As your trainer, I provide the tools and motivation for your fitness transformation. Plus, I can tailor outdoor workouts for those who just love being outside!
How the Program Works
- FREE CONSULTATION:
- Schedule a virtual meeting or call with me
- Discuss your health concerns and goals
- Discuss my personal training program options
- Sign up! A Personal Training Intake Package will be emailed to you to complete necessary forms related to you health and fitness goals.
- FIRST SESSION:
- Review your answers from the intake package
- Conduct fitness testing with goal-relevant exercises based on your health questionnaires.
- SECOND SESSION:
- Initial Exercise Prescription with customized mix of workouts based on your physical abilities and individual goals.
- SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS:
- Weekly workouts will be different from your app based workouts. These vary based on what your needs are from week to week based on lifestyle and workouts completed during the week. I will always be there for you as your coach to lean on and push you forward. Helping you to sustain workouts as a way of life for optimal holistic health.
- Outdoor workouts can be requested
- Every three to four month body measurements will be taken to track your progress.
- When your sessions are up, purchase additional sessions to continue.

Session package Options
- Purchase options: 10 or 20 session packages. Discounts apply with more sessions purchased upfront. Frequency can be once, twice, or three times a week.
- Location: My Personal Training studio in Waverley Heights, at your home in South Winnipeg or within 15 mins from South perimeter, or virtual sessions.
- Expiry dates based on sessions not weeks so you don't lose your sessions due to travel or absence.
- 10 sessions: Valid for 13 weeks
- 20 sessions: Valid for 20 weeks
