This slow-paced, supportive class is designed for adults in their 50s and 60s who want to move confidently, safely, and without pain. Ideal for anyone recovering from joint replacements, managing arthritis or chronic stiffness, or starting (or restarting) fitness after time away.

Each session combines gentle strength training and guided stretching to help you build mobility, stability, and functional strength for everyday life. With a maximum of four participants, the class feels more like personalized training with friends than a typical group workout — intimate, encouraging, and customized for your needs.

We use chairs, exercise balls, straps, dumbbells, and resistance bands for full support and comfort. Some sessions are fully seated; others include simple standing movements — always steady, safe, and tailored to your comfort level.
