Welcome to an environment where movement feels meaningful, supportive, and designed with your body, your goals, and your comfort in mind.
These small group classes are created for adults in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who want to stay strong, mobile, confident, and independent through every season of life. Maintaining and building muscle, metabolism and mobility as well as managing body weight.
If you’ve ever felt stiff, stuck, or unsure where to start... nervous about keeping up, or worried about losing strength as you age, you’re in good safe hands with Candace. Each class is carefully planned to meet you where you are while helping you build strength, mobility, balance, stamina, and confidence for everyday life.
With over 25 years of fitness experience, I design classes that support your body through the changing seasons.
In the winter, we focus on strength, balance, posture, and stability to help you feel more confident on slippery surfaces and in daily movement.
In the spring and fall, we keep your fitness steady and progressive so your body continues to feel strong, capable, and energized.
In the summer, we shift into fresh-air movement, lighter seasonal options, mobility, strength maintenance, and functional fitness that keeps you active without overdoing it in the heat.
This is fitness that supports real life — carrying groceries, climbing stairs, gardening, walking outdoors, getting up and down with more ease, improving posture, maintaining metabolism, and feeling better in your body.
In these classes, you will work on:
Choose from seasonal small group class options, including:
Strength Training — Build muscle, improve balance, posture, and mobility.
Strength & Stretch — Strengthen gently while improving flexibility and reducing stiffness.
Circuit Training — Support heart health, endurance, metabolism, and overall fitness.
Nature Strong — Outdoor strength training designed to help you maintain muscle, balance, mobility, and energy through the summer.
Yoga Nature Walk — Gentle trail walking and outdoor yoga for stretching, balance, breath, and calm.
Zumba–Strength–Stretch — Enjoy low-impact dance, rhythm, strength, coordination, and mobility.
Yoga — Release tension, restore balance, improve flexibility, and calm the mind.
Virtual Yoga — Join from home, the lake, or while travelling. Recorded classes are emailed weekly so you can continue practicing between live sessions.
Please note: Some classes shift or pause during the summer months so we can move with the season and enjoy different fitness experiences.
Experience fitness that is personal, uplifting, practical, and built for longevity.
Every class is designed to help you feel stronger, more capable, more confident, and more at home in your body — one movement at a time.

This slow-paced, supportive class is designed for adults in their 50s, 60s, and 70s+ who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident in their everyday movement.
It is a great fit for beginners or anyone managing arthritis, chronic stiffness, joint replacements, balance concerns, or returning to fitness after time away.
Each class combines gentle strength training, mobility work, balance, and guided stretching to help support functional strength for daily life. The small group setting feels more like personalized training with friends than a typical group workout — encouraging, safe, and adapted to your needs.
We use chairs or exercise balls, light dumbbells, and resistance bands for support and variety. Some exercises are seated, while others include simple standing movements. No floor work is required.
For the summer session, this class will be held indoors at Studio 26 in an air-conditioned yoga studio.

Nature Strong is an outdoor strength class designed to help you maintain muscle, metabolism, balance, mobility, and energy throughout the summer.
We’ll begin with a short warm-up nature walk, then move into strength-based exercises using a mix of equipment and bodyweight movements. This class may include dumbbells, resistance bands, cones, agility ladder work, TRX, balance exercises, and functional strength movements.
The class is supportive, adaptable, and designed for adults who want to keep their bodies strong and capable without an intense bootcamp-style approach.
We will use shade and outdoor shelters when needed. Class may run in light rain if conditions are safe. If the weather is not suitable, a rain date will be offered on Thursday mornings in June and Friday mornings in July.
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin right at 9:30 AM.
