Learn how osteoporosis and bone loss affect the body—and more importantly, what you can safely do to strengthen your muscles, improve posture, and reduce your risk of injury. This session combines practical education with guided movement so you leave feeling more capable, informed, and in control of your health.
Ideal for adults 50+ who want to stay active, strong, and independent.

🌿 Yoga Nature Walk 🌿

Step away from the noise and into nature.
This guided experience is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with others.
We begin with a gentle walk, taking in the beauty around us and pausing for simple grounding moments along the way.
We’ll then settle into a peaceful outdoor yoga practice—unhurried, supportive, and accessible—leaving you feeling refreshed, clear, and restored.
All levels welcome.

Daily Yoga & Meditation
Gentle and nourishing yoga practices suitable for all levels, including slow flow, restorative, and yin-style sessions. Each practice is designed to support mobility, relaxation, and mindful presence.
Guided Nature Hikes
Moderate, scenic hikes along nearby Whiteshell trails, including lakeside and forest routes. These guided walks focus on steady movement, breath awareness, and the calming, grounding benefits of time in nature.
Creative & Holistic Workshops
Guided journaling, nature-based art, and self-reflection practices that encourage creativity, emotional release, and personal insight—no artistic experience required.
Water & Land Activities
Optional seasonal activities such as lakeside movement, shoreline exploration, gentle paddling (weather permitting), and grounding land-based practices that connect you more deeply with the natural surroundings.
Spa-Inspired Relaxation Session
A deeply calming, communal self-care experience where warm water, natural scents, and gentle touch invite the body to soften and the mind to slow. Participants will enjoy simple spa rituals such as foot or hand soaks and scrubs, or nourishing facials, paired with guided relaxation practices designed to support deep rest and nervous system regulation. All materials used in these spa-inspired sessions are thoughtfully prepared fresh by Candace just prior to the experience, and you’ll be guided in how to easily recreate these same soothing practices at home—so the sense of calm continues well beyond the retreat.
