Begin the evening by grounding into the space and setting a personal intention. We’ll gently explore the importance of self-care and how simple, intentional practices help calm the nervous system and support overall well-being.

Create your own personalized foot scrub by choosing your preferred textures and essential oils. You’ll use your scrub during a soothing foot soak that evening and take it home to continue the ritual as part of your self-care practice.

 A spring weekend of yoga, nature, creativity, and deep rest — limited to 8 women. 

 

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in a weekend of wellness, nature, and deep renewal.


This intimate wilderness retreat blends gentle yoga, mindfulness, creative expression, and guided outdoor experiences in the serene beauty of Star Lake and the Whiteshell. The weekend is designed to support rest, movement, and meaningful connection — offering space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and return home feeling grounded and refreshed.


 WHAT'S INCLUDED?


Daily Yoga & Meditation

Gentle and nourishing yoga practices suitable for all levels, including slow flow, restorative, and yin-style sessions. Each practice is designed to support mobility, relaxation, and mindful presence.


Guided Nature Hikes
Moderate, scenic hikes along nearby Whiteshell trails, including lakeside and forest routes. These guided walks focus on steady movement, breath awareness, and the calming, grounding benefits of time in nature.


Creative & Holistic Workshops
Guided journaling, nature-based art, and self-reflection practices that encourage creativity, emotional release, and personal insight—no artistic experience required.


Water & Land Activities
Optional seasonal activities such as lakeside movement, shoreline exploration, gentle paddling (weather permitting), and grounding land-based practices that connect you more deeply with the natural surroundings.

 

Spa-Inspired Relaxation Session
A deeply calming, communal self-care experience where warm water, natural scents, and gentle touch invite the body to soften and the mind to slow. Participants will enjoy simple spa rituals such as foot or hand soaks and scrubs, or nourishing facials, paired with guided relaxation practices designed to support deep rest and nervous system regulation. All materials used in these spa-inspired sessions are thoughtfully prepared fresh by Candace just prior to the experience, and you’ll be guided in how to easily recreate these same soothing practices at home—so the sense of calm continues well beyond the retreat.

Wholesome, thoughtfully prepared meals that support energy, digestion, and overall well-being throughout the weekend.

4 Hikes and Workshops for being Trail ready and exploring prepared this Spring and Summer.  Step into adventure with this 4-week Wilderness Hike & Skills Program!

Each session combines a guided hike with hands-on survival skills—perfect for beginners and those wanting  to feel more confident and know what to do when in emergency situations when out in the woods. 


What You'll Learn:

✅ Survival Basics – Fire-starting, shelter, water management, and signaling for help
✅ Gear & Safety – Build your own hiking toolkit and understand essential items
✅ Trail Navigation – Learn practical skills while enjoying a scenic 3km hike.


No need to have your own equipment to participate. Candace will supply materials used for practical portion of skills lessons.

Yoga Nature Walk 


THESE WILL RESUME IN THE SPRING OF 2026


Join in for a peaceful Yoga Nature Walk designed to help you unwind and reconnect with nature and community with conversation. 


We'll begin with a serene walk through the beautiful autumn scenery, pausing to admire the vibrant fall colors and taking moments to ground ourselves in the natural environment. After a short break, we’ll move into a session of gentle yoga, surrounded by the tranquil outdoors. 


This workshop is suitable for all levels, offering a rejuvenating blend of mindful movement and deep relaxation.


What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat or towel
  • Two yoga blocks (if you have them)
  • Water Bottle

Note: The yoga portion will take place outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather. In the event of inclement weather, the yoga class will be held via Zoom.


Pre-registration is required. Open to women, men, and gender-diverse participants.
