A flowy mix of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga for deep stretches, relaxation and creating energy in poses. Embrace breathing deeply and connecting your mind, body and soul to move and create calmness within.
You will gain flexibility, mobility, balance and strength along with a deeper breath capacity and feeling of well being. Use of props and variations will be shown so you can move at your own flow.
JULY 6 TO AUGUST 31
Greet the day with poses to open and expand your body and breath. Variations of Vinyasa poses will be shown so you can move with the tools to embrace breathing deeply and connecting to your mind, body and inner self.
Develop strength, vigor, peacefulness and improved mental health, cardiovascular function, respiratory function, bone density and overall well being.
JULY 4 TO AUGUST 29
Build muscle, get strong and lose weight from your home, cabin or yard using gravity, body weight and hand weights.
Emphasis on alignment and technique to develop functional strength without causing injury. Stretch and mobility moves included. Increase your stamina for daily living and recreation with muscle! And burnVariations of exercises will be shown.
Class size limited to 6 people to allow for direct coaching feedback to participants while performing exercises.
