This uplifting small group class is designed to help you build functional strength and release tight, achy muscles in a welcoming and supportive environment.


We’ll begin with strength training using hand weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises tailored to your fitness level. You'll improve balance, coordination, and core stability while building the strength needed for everyday life.


The second half of class focuses on deep, mindful stretching to improve mobility, flexibility, and posture. We’ll use props like chairs, straps, and blocks to support safe, accessible stretching that leaves you feeling looser, lighter, and more at ease.


Perfect for those 50+ who want to stay strong, mobile, and energized—without overdoing it. Small class size means you’ll get lots of personal attention and modifications to suit your unique needs.
