a block of 5 classes to be used within the session, or drop in.
If you are unable to attend any of your classes, you are encouraged to attend any another fitness class/es, in person or virtual, to make up any missed classes.
The goal is frequency for your optimal health and fitness.

The 40+ Circuit Interval class interchanges between timed exercises for cardio and strength. It also includes a segment for Core Training, Balance, Mobility and Stretches.
Cardio moves are low impact and easy to follow. Cardio Intervals are timed with everyone going at their own pace and choosing their own variations. Bands and weights are provided for strength training exercise sets. Strength training exercises will work upper and lower body with a recovery period between each exercise and interval set. This allows all participants to go out their own pace as they begin, progress, and maintain their own cardiovascular and muscular health. A great class to get in shape and stay in shape!

This slower flow combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles will guide you to breathing deeply, moving in harmony with your body, and connecting to your mind and inner self.
This practice of yoga will increase your flexibility, mobility, balance, stability, strength, lung capacity, and quietness of mind. Variations of poses and showing uses of yoga blocks (or books) and chairs allow you to be comfortable and enjoy moving and stretching your body, your own way. Come listen to your breath, gain inner and outer strength, let go and stretch. Ahhhh. Bring a mat.

Get strong in a social atmosphere with this 40+ Strength Training class that includes a warm-up, exercises for muscular strength and endurance, balance, core, flexibility, and mobility. Class is taught with high emphasis on alignment, technique, timing, and execution in developing functional strength and mobility for daily living and recreation. You will learn proper body mechanics with variations of exercises to work at your own safe level in a fun community atmosphere. Weights and resistance bands provided, and your own body weight will be equipment used. Get strong and learn how to prevent injuries. Bring your own mat.
