Welcome to a truly unique and transformative yoga fitness training program experience! Our Semi-Private Yoga Class welcomes you in the warm ambiance of soft natural lighting, plants, soothing music and calming atmosphere to set the stage for a deeper connection with your yoga practice. It's a space where you can leave your worries behind and focus entirely on your inner self.
Our home studio is designed to elevate your practice. Escape the crowded and chaotic studio environment and join us in our tranquil, homey oasis. Deepen your personal practice by learning different uses of props to find your own perfect fit for poses. Our intimate setting allows you to connect with your inner self and fellow yogis.
In our Semi- Private class limited to 4 participants, you receive a level of personal attention and prop-assisted mastery that you won't find easily in Winnipeg. This means more space, more tranquility, and more focused attention from an experienced instructor. Poses will be beginner actions for strength training, stability, mobility, flexibility, and space with a guided meditation and sound bathing. Poses will be demonstrated with a different variations for you to pick the one that suits you best. And, I'll be right there to lend a hand with the props, making sure everything feels just right for your practice.
I believe in making yoga accessible to all, regardless of your age, level of expertise, health, flexibility, or fitness level. With over 20 years experience and continued education through my yoga journey as a teacher, you will be enlightened by how well-versed use of props support and enhance your practice in many ways. From blocks and straps to chairs and blankets, we'll tailor the use of these props to your specific needs in these yoga exercise classes, helping you attain the perfect alignment and stability.
