All of my semi-private classes (except for Monday and Wednesday Circuit Training) now include a live virtual Zoom option, so winter weather never stands in the way of your health and fitness routine. Whether you join from my warm and welcoming studio or the comfort of your living room, you’ll enjoy expert coaching, uplifting energy, and a supportive community that keeps you moving. Mostly all classes require only a chair and running shoes, with the exception of strength training which requires a set of dumbbells and a resistance band — simple, accessible, and effective for any space. For those who prefer one-on-one support, I also offer personal training — either in person, live virtually, or through my app-based personal training program, which provides customized workouts, progress tracking, and ongoing communication to keep you accountable wherever you are.
Beyond the studio, I lead wellness workshops, yoga spa retreats, and outdoor experiences that nurture body, mind, and spirit. My Wilderness Wellness Retreats, Yoga Nature Walks, and Hike & Skills programs blend mindful movement with nature’s healing power in a safe, guided environment. With certified training in wilderness safety, I ensure every participant feels confident and supported outdoors. I also host private wellness and wilderness events, including custom bachelorette experiences for groups who want to celebrate friendship, connection, and well-being in meaningful ways.
